Shipping Policy Orders are shipped according to the method selected at checkout. All orders received by 8:00 AM CST are typically shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Holidays and inclement weather may affect processing and shipping times.
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To start a return, contact us at info@vitalitree.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, please contact us at info@vitalitree.com and we'll help you resolve it.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
